What is ONPOINT

ONPOINT is the new corporate service-desk that offers support for our core business systems such as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the Time and Attendance system (Kronos). This web-based system replaces the current reporting method of sending emails requesting support. The system provides end-to-end visibility, which includes email notification on the progress of your support requests.
